· Provides short-term, interest-free loans to small businesses affected by the hurricane to help them recover financially.

Replacement of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency)
· Provides direct financial assistance for housing repairs, temporary housing, and personal recovery expenses. FEMA also offers public assistance to local governments for infrastructure restoration.

FEMA Individual Assistance Program
· Grants for home repairs, rental assistance, and personal property replacement.

COUNTY DEBRIS PICK UP: Residents in the County's collection areas impacted by flooding should place debris curbside without blocking the roadway or storm drains.
Residents not on the map can haul larger amounts of storm debris to the County's five Community Collection Centers, which are open with extended hours to accommodate post- storm cleanup, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Pinellas County Utilities has issued a boil water notice for all southern barrier island customers from John’s Pass to Tierra Verde due to Hurricane Milton impacting water supply to the Tampa Bay area. As well as St. Petersburg, Gulfport, South Pasadena, and Lealman. View more information.

MADEIRA BEACH: There is a "comfort station" at City Hall (charging stations, cooling etc.) Donations can be accepted here.

COUNTY DEBRIS DROP OFF: Pasco County is accepting free Hurricane Helene- related debris drop-off at the West Pasco Resource Recovery Center, 14606 Hays Road, Spring Hill.
The facility will be open 7 days a week from 7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., until further notice. These services are being provided for people in Pasco only. Be prepared to show proof of residency.
